Dr. Donna Rogers is a clinical psychologist with training in marriage and family therapy who has been working in the clinical field since 1986. She uses a holistic approach to treatment that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Biofeedback, Vibroacoustic, and Binaural Sound Frequency-Enhanced Guided Meditation. In her workbook, “Well-Being: The Artfully Lived Life”, she has brought together her clinical experience, age-old wisdom, and the latest research in the psychology of well-being to provide a holistic guide to discovering meaning, values, and purpose in life.
Along with individual, couples, and family therapy, Dr. Rogers has conducted wellness groups using this workbook’s highly effective methods. She has also written, recorded, and mastered over 40 guided meditations using a cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches to address some of the more common issues, such as phobias, anxiety, low self-esteem, and negative self- talk. Her clients can take these exercises home and practice them between sessions.
